Day 4 | Unit 2 – Anatomy and physiology for yoga |
Day 5 | Unit 3 – Planning a series of yoga sessions |
Day 6 | Unit 3 – Planning a series of yoga sessions |
Day 7 | Unit 4 – Health and safety for yoga |
Day 8 | Unit 4 – Health and safety for yoga |
Day 9 | Unit 5 – Teaching a yoga session – Guest teacher – Anusara |
Day 10 | Unit 5 – Teaching a yoga session – Guest Teacher – Iyengar / Yoga Nidra |
Day 11 | Unit 5 – Teaching a yoga session (formative assessments) |
Day 12 | Unit 5 – Teaching a yoga session Guest Teacher – Graduate |
N.B. All practical assessments will be arranged at an agreed date on the course.

* We want you to start playing with teaching as soon as possible so on every training day at some point we will be inviting you to teach in small groups together to gain as much practice as possible.
Confidence needs to grow and develop and we use the training space to get as much as is possibly possible!
