It is also an excellent qualification for Personal trainers and fitness instructors working in the active leisure sector wanting to enhance their communication and goal setting skills and/or offer life coaching as an additional service. Unit 1 – Fundamentals of life coaching

Unit 2 – Delivering a life coaching programme

This course enables you to work with one of our tutors in a classroom environment. The course will be held over the following training days. The days are spaced to ensure enough time for your to study and prepare.
