This qualification has no prerequisites and individuals wishing to gain a qualification in Life Coaching and become a Life Coach. It is also an excellent qualification for Personal trainers and fitness instructors working in the active leisure sector wanting to enhance their communication and goal setting skills and/or offer life coaching as an additional service.
