Helen is an awesome tutor. She has such a great depth of knowledge in kettlebells. I felt I was learning from someone who really knew her stuff and had bags of experience. As a tutor she has a lovely style and was really supportive, yet also expected us to graft for our qualification. The bruises that I didn’t notice till I got home are testament to that. Thank you Helen
