Unit 2 Plan and Adapt Exercise Programmes for Independently Active, Older People

Successful achievement of the above units must be achieved for the full qualification.

Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing or equivalent

How will I be assessed?

To achieve the qualification you must complete and pass the following:

  • coursework
  • multiple choice examination

This course enables you to work with one of our tutors in a classroom environment. The course will be held over the following training days. The days are spaced to ensure enough time for your to study and prepare.Your tutor will support you continually throughout your course.This is a great way to learn as you are working to set dates in a set time frame.   • the components of a pre-exercise consultation with independently active, older people
  • how to plan and adapt exercise, and adapt session instruction, for independently active older people
