|Day 11||Unit 5 – Teaching a yoga session (formative assessments)|

|Weekend 1||Pranayama Weekend with Guest Trainer and expert Phillip XerriPhilip studied yoga and pranayama with Dr. Swami Gitananda in India 1980/1981, graduated with an Honours degree in Comparative Religion 1984 and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education in Religious Studies 1985. Philip Xerri has experienced many different schools of yoga, qualified in Remedial Massage, Reflexology and Touch for Health. Philip Xerri has run Yoga Quests for the last 25 years.|

|Spiritual Nutrition – How does detox affect your yoga practice? – We will try and fit this in, if we have time!|
|N.B. All practical assessments will be arranged at an agreed date on the course.|

* We want you to start playing with teaching as soon as possible so on every training day at some point we will be inviting you to teach in small groups together to gain as much practice as possible.
Confidence needs to grow and develop and we use the training space to get as much as is possibly possible!
